Joe Little Sr.

The Founder and President, Joe Little, started Laketec out of his home in Lakewood Ohio in 1989. As a former Marine, he instilled the Laketec Core Values into the organization from day one. Today, Joe focuses on leveraging his customer relationships to grow the business while working tirelessly to build scalable processes to ensure continued growth for the next generation of leadership.
