Mike Lovich

Mike leads all operations functions at LEC. This includes but is not limited all hiring initiatives, review processes and ensuring that they are providing a culture that is second to none in the industry. In addition, Mike is often the first point of contact to meet with new business partners and to represent LEC in the marketplace. Mike also helps to make sure the growth and expansion efforts are continuing to push the envelope to keep the growth of the brand on point.
