Coa Carrie L. Peterson

Carrie L. Peterson, COA, is a Certified Ophthalmic Assistant with extensive experience in pediatric and adult strabismus care. Currently employed at Lakeview Clinic, Ltd. since July 2021, Carrie previously held the same position at Edina Eye Physicians & Surgeons, P.A. from February 2013 to July 2021. Carrie's earlier experience includes serving as an Optometric Assistant at Uptown Vision, where responsibilities included administrative tasks, patient interaction, and insurance claim management. Additionally, Carrie completed an internship in Africa with Cross Cultural Solutions, where activities involved teaching life skills to underprivileged children and assisting with community projects. Carrie holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Community Health from the University of Minnesota Duluth and Griffith University.
