Alicia Bauman

Alicia Bauman possesses extensive experience in community and population health management, having served in various leadership roles at Lakewood Health System since April 2016, including Vice President of Performance Excellence & Talent and Vice President of Community and Population Health. Responsibilities encompass overseeing health project analysis, facilitating community health needs assessments, and managing collaborations with stakeholders. Prior to this, Alicia held positions at CentraCare Health System from 2006 to March 2016, where notable achievements included securing $3.5 million in grant funding for tobacco initiatives and implementing policy changes. Earlier experiences include program management at the American Lung Association and coordination at the American Cancer Society. Educational qualifications include an MBA in Rural Healthcare Administration from The College of St. Scholastica and a B.A.S. in Health Education from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
