Currently serving as Manager of Loyalty & CRM at Unilever since August 2022, Uma has held various managerial positions focused on loyalty programs, including roles at WhiteHat Jr and RADII REWARDS PRIVATE LIMITED. With a career that began as an International Tours Executive at Birla Viking Travels Pvt Ltd, Uma has cultivated expertise across client servicing and operations throughout multiple organizations.
