Gaurav Dayal

Gaurav Dayal is a seasoned M&A and Private Equity Lawyer with significant experience across leading law firms and corporate institutions. Currently serving as a Partner at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan since July 2020, Gaurav previously held the position of AVP and Associate General Counsel at OYO from November 2019 to May 2020. Gaurav's earlier experience includes working as a Principal Associate at Shardul Amarchand Mangaldas & Co from October 2014 to April 2019, and as a Senior Associate at Amarchand & Mangaldas & Suresh A Shroff & Co from August 2008 to October 2014. Gaurav completed a B.A., LL.B. (Hons.) in Law from the National Law School of India University between 2003 and 2008.
