Pranav Mundra

Pranav Mundra is a Principal Associate at Lakshmikumaran and Sridharan Attorneys since October 2019, focusing on arbitration, insolvency, and indirect tax matters. Previously, Pranav held positions as a Senior Associate and Advocate at Patnaik and Associates, engaging in drafting petitions and arguing cases in the Delhi High Court in relation to insolvency and commercial disputes. With internship experiences at Trilegal, AZB & Partners, and Singhania & Co LLP, Pranav developed expertise in drafting legal documents, researching various laws, and attending court hearings. Pranav holds a B.Com LLB (Hons) from Tamil Nadu National Law University and a degree in Company Secretary from The Institute of Company Secretaries of India.
