Miguel Angel Leal Góngora has a diverse and extensive work experience in the technology and telecommunications industry. Miguel Angel is currently the Chief Technology and Innovation Officer at LaLiga, where they are responsible for amplifying the technological momentum and embracing digitalization. Prior to this role, they served as the CEO of LaLiga Tech, leading the revolution of the sports industry through technological innovation and data-driven decision-making. Miguel has also held various leadership positions at Huawei Technologies, Teldat, Iberbanda, Jazztel, ONO, PAYMA MOVILES, and Telefonica, where they gained expertise in areas such as business development, sales, and technical implementation.

Miguel Angel Leal Góngora has a PADE degree from the IESE Business School, which was obtained in 2016. Miguel Angel also has a degree in Ingeniero de Telecomunicacion from the Universidad Politénica de Madrid, earned between 1988 and 1994.
