Michalis Loupasakis has extensive experience in maritime sales and account management. Michalis started their career in 2014 as the co-owner of Avacom.gr, where they managed a team of over 10 people and handled sales and web development projects. In 2015, they worked as a B2B Sales Team Leader at S37, where they motivated and coached a team of sales executives. Later that year, they joined Alpha Call (Tsonis Group) as a Field Sales Manager, responsible for sales management and team leadership. In 2016, Michalis joined LALIZAS as a Maritime Sales Administrator, providing sales and administrative support to accounts and coordinating various activities. Michalis then progressed to the role of Maritime Account Manager, where they successfully grew the client base. Currently, they are serving as the Maritime Sales Director at LALIZAS, managing LSA & FFE product supply, sales teams, and working on a global scale.
Michalis Loupasakis completed their Bachelor of Business Information System degree at the University of Central Lancashire from 2008 to 2011. Michalis then pursued a Master's degree in Information and Communication System, specializing in Artificial Intelligence, at The Open University of Cyprus from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their formal education, they also obtained the ECCE - Lower Michigan certification from Michigan State University in October 2005.
