Erik Stephansen

Erik Stephansen is the current President & CEO at LAM Aviation. Erik has also previously worked as a private equity principal, vice president, director, and mergers and acquisitions officer.

Erik Stephansen has over 25 years of experience in the corporate world. Erik began their career in 1990 as a mergers and acquisitions officer for Tokai Bank, Ltd. In 1992, they transitioned to the Panda Restaurant Group where they served as the Director of Development for five years. Then, in 1997, Erik Stephansen took on the role of Director, Enterprise Alliances & Sales for CIBER, Inc.

In 1999, Erik Stephansen became the Vice President of Operations and Corporate Development for ReadyRouter, Inc. Erik held this position until 2002 when they left to join Castle Crow & Company, LLC as a Private Equity Principal. Erik Stephansen remained with Castle Crow & Company until 2009 when they joined LAM Aviation, Inc. as the President & CEO.

Erik Stephansen has a certification from Stanford University in Emerging Technologies and Energy Innovation as well as a certification in Sustainable Energy Conversion and Storage. Erik also has a Bachelor of Arts from UC Santa Barbara in Business Economics with an Engineering focus.
