Kaihan Ashtiani

Kaihan Ashtiani, Ph.D. has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, with a focus on metals deposition, new product development, dielectric gapfill, and integrated metals business units. Kaihan has held various leadership positions at Lam Research, Novellus Systems, Inc., Materials Research Corporation, and Intel Corporation. Kaihan holds a Ph.D. in Plasma Physics and a minor in Device Physics from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Electrical and Electronics Engineering from the University of Houston.
