Kurt Recker

Kurt Recker has diverse work experience in various industries. Kurt began their career in 2002 as an Assistant Producer at Media Production Group. In 2005, they worked as a New Business Brand Intern at The Richards Group. From 2008 to 2008, they worked as a Brand Representative at Marketing Werks, where they represented Verizon Wireless and National Pork Board brands at sponsored events. In 2010, they briefly worked as a Store Manager at Complete Nutrition before moving on to become an Account Executive at Lamar Advertising Company, where they managed numerous accounts and collaborated with agencies and entrepreneurs. Kurt later became a Sales Manager at Lamar Advertising Company, managing the best media reps in Columbus. Currently, they are serving as the Vice President and General Manager at Lamar Advertising Company, overseeing all company departments, ensuring sales budgets are met, and maintaining high standards of inventory appearance and locations. Additionally, they are a Co-Owner of Barley Five Malt House.

Kurt Recker earned a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing and Economics from the University of Dayton from 2002 to 2006. Before that, they attended Ottawa-Glandorf High School from 1998 to 2002. In addition, they obtained certifications in R Programming and The Data Scientist's Toolbox from Coursera in 2018.
