Sarah Tang

Sarah Tang has a varied work experience that includes roles in pharmacy, business development, academic tutoring, and music teaching. Sarah has worked as a Pharmacy Intern at Safeway and Fred Meyer, and as a Pharmacy Technician at Omnicare, where they managed medication inventory, communicated with healthcare facilities, and filled prescriptions. Sarah has also worked as a Business Development Analyst at LAMAR IoT, where they were responsible for developing and tracking product visibility solutions using printed electronic sensors. Sarah has also worked as an academic tutor and undergraduate teaching assistant at UCLA, where they prepared and led peer learning sessions and moderated online chemistry forums. Additionally, they have worked as a music teacher and a satellite tracker analyst and still image photographer for the NASA High Altitude Balloon Project at North Medford High School, where they learned computer programs such as Python to track balloon payloads. Sarah is an excellent communicator and problem-solver who is adept at working in team-oriented environments.

Sarah Tang started their education in 2014 and graduated with a High School Diploma in 2018 from North Medford High School. After that, they attended UCLA for the years 2018-2021 to earn a Bachelor of Science degree in Physiological Sciences. In 2022, they attended Oregon State University College of Pharmacy and earned a Doctor of Pharmacy degree in Pharmacy, alongside a Master of Business Administration degree, which they pursued in the same period. Sarah obtained additional certifications that include Basic Life Support for Healthcare Providers (BLS), CPR/AED/First Aid, and an Oregon Board of Pharmacy Intern License.
