Matthew Kearney

Matthew Kearney is an experienced Real Estate Broker at Lamb Real Estate since February 2018, managing 30 to 40 transactions annually and exceeding national performance standards. Previously, as Owner of SEATTLE PROPERTY INSPECTION LLC from July 2014 to April 2018, Matthew conducted 250 home inspections each year while effectively communicating property conditions to clients. Earlier, as Owner of TTT Tile and Stone from September 2004 to July 2015, Matthew focused on complex tile and stone installations for commercial and high-end residential projects. Currently pursuing a Master of Business Administration in Real Estate at DePaul University, Matthew also holds a Bachelor's degree in Communication from Western Colorado University, alongside training from AHIT-American Home Inspection Training Institute and Rockwell Institute.
