Troy Medley

Troy Medley is the current CEO of Lambda Chi Alpha. Troy has also previously served as the CEO of PersonalCare and as the Director of Training and Development for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. Medley has over fifteen years of experience in strategic planning, financial management, and operations.

Under Medley's leadership, PersonalCare became the leading manager of hospital affiliated executive health programs and concierge medical practices in Southern California. Troy also oversaw the sale of PersonalCare to a regional health system in February 2018. Prior to their work at PersonalCare, Medley served as the Director of Training and Development for New Horizons Computer Learning Centers. In this role, they were responsible for designing and implementing training programs for employees and franchisees.

Medley holds a bachelor's degree in business administration from the University of California, Berkeley.

Troy Medley holds an MBA from Pepperdine Graziadio Business School and a BS in Education and Troy'story from Missouri State University. Troy is also certified from Kaplan Professional in Recruiting and Sales.
