Ari Kalfayan

Ari Kalfayan currently serves as the Director of Sales and Business Development at Lambda, where responsibilities include leading the On-Demand Cloud strategy and sales efforts to drive exceptional outcomes for customers. Previously, Ari held leadership positions at Amazon Web Services, including Head of Early Stage Machine Learning Business Development, and played a key role in supporting AI and ML startups. Ari's entrepreneurial experience includes co-founding Weights & Biases, where significant contributions to Go-To-Market strategies resulted in a $1B valuation, and founding Dolores Labs to provide AI training. Other notable experiences include founding Startup & Tech Mixer, serving as VP of Growth at 10x Management, and holding executive roles at GoBoldly, Reason to Party, and Figure Eight. Ari holds a Bachelor's degree in Political Science, Communication, and Global & International Studies from the University of California, Davis.
