Yolanda Hawthorne

Yolanda Hawthorne has over 20 years of experience in human resources, starting their career as an HR Coordinator at Deloitte & Touche in 1996. Yolanda then worked as a University Relations Recruiter at i2 Technologies and as an HR Representative at Arch Wireless. From 2004 to 2007, they served as an HR Generalist at Bekins Van Lines. Yolanda then joined OfficeMax as a Senior HR Business Partner, a role that they held until 2015. During this time, they provided HR expertise and support to approximately 400 IT leaders and associates, planned and delivered HR initiatives, and conducted investigations for assigned client groups. From 2015 to 2018, Yolanda worked as an HR Generalist at Rizing HCM, where they provided coaching and consultation to managers, managed health and welfare programs and processed payroll. Currently, they hold the role of HR Manager/Sr Account Manager for Employee Benefits at Lambent Risk Management Services, Inc.

Yolanda Hawthorne obtained a Bachelor of Science degree in Sociology from the University of Iowa, graduating between 1988 and 1992. Yolanda later pursued a Master of Business Administration degree in Human Resources Management from The University of Dallas, completing the program between 1997 and 2000.
