Ryan Dean is a seasoned professional in the office agency market, bringing over two decades of experience since 2002, particularly in the Thames Valley, West London, and wider South East regions. Currently serving as the Head of Transactional Services and National Head of Office Advisory at Lambert Smith Hampton since June 2017, Ryan has a proven track record in advising on acquisitions for corporate occupiers and managing large developments for developers and institutions. Previously, Ryan held roles as Director in the South East office market and Partner for National Offices at Knight Frank. Additionally, Ryan served as Chairman of the Office Agents Society, advocating for the interests of office agents across the UK. Ryan holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Urban Land Economics from Sheffield Hallam University.
