Prior to Lambert Vet Supply, Douglas worked as the VP of Sales and Marketing at Lambriar Inc, where they played a key role in developing brand strategy and achieving an 800% growth in new businesses. Douglas also worked as a Sales and Assistant Manager at Petland Inc from 1978 to 1980.
