Iclal Yenilmez

Iclal YENILMEZ has a diverse work experience spanning different industries and roles. Iclal started their career as an intern at Sabah Newspaper, where they worked in the cash department. Iclal then worked as an intern at Fantasea Resorts, gaining valuable customer service experience.

From there, Iclal worked as a marketing assistant and customer service staff at Media Markt, where they focused on examining the socio-psychological structure of society to develop marketing strategies. Iclal also managed customer satisfaction and supported the sales department.

Iclal later joined the Directorate General of Coastal Safety, where they worked as an EU Project Assistant. Iclal then moved on to work as a resident twinning advisor assistant at IRZ-German Foundation for International Legal Cooperation and the Turkish Patent Institute, where they provided support in project management and administration.

In 2011, Iclal became a company owner and consultant at YENILMEZ Dan. Eğt. Org. Terc., where they specialized in researching grant opportunities and providing project management consultancy services.

Iclal continued their career as a project advisor for the World Bank Co-funded Anatolia Watershed Rehabilitation Project, where they prepared training materials and organized awareness-raising activities.

Iclal also worked as a control of ship-sourced emissions in Turkey-RTA assistant at the Ministry of Transport Maritime Affairs and Communications, where they provided administrative support and coordination for the project.

Iclal briefly worked as a business development and marketing specialist at Meke Marine Environmental Protection Services Industry and Trade Corp., focusing on developing marketing campaigns and acquiring customers.

Currently, Iclal serves as the marketing director at Lamor Corporation, where they implement marketing and advertising campaigns and prepares marketing reports.

Iclal Yenilmez obtained a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Anadolu University from 2005 to 2009. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Foreign Trade at the same university from 2007 to 2011. Later, they completed a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs at Istanbul Yeni Yüzyıl University from 2017 to 2018.
