Joe Archer

Joe Archer is a Senior Project Designer at Lamp Rynearson since April 2023, bringing extensive experience in civil engineering and design. Prior to this position, Joe Archer served as a Senior Engineering Technician for the City of Overland Park from August 1998 to March 2023 and held the role of Civil Engineering Technician with the City of Lenexa from January 1995 to August 1998. Previous experience includes working as a Civil Engineering Technician for the Missouri Department of Transportation from March 1992 to January 1995. Joe Archer obtained a degree in Drafting Technology, focusing on Computer Aided Drafting and Design from Manhattan Area Technical College, having previously attended Kansas State University and Western Colorado University.
