Neil Treadgold

Neil Treadgold is the Head of Financial Reporting at Lancashire Insurance Group, a position held since October 2023. Prior to this role, Neil accumulated extensive experience at EY from October 2005 to October 2023, progressing through various titles including Partner (Non-Equity), Director, Senior Manager, Manager, Senior, and Staff. Neil holds a Master's degree in Mathematics from Imperial College London, earned between 2001 and 2005.
