Laurence Maddock ACII, PrinceII is an accomplished Business Operations Manager at Lancashire Insurance Group, responsible for the setup and implementation of operational processes for a new US-based managing general agent (MGA), as well as overseeing the operational launch of a Lloyd's service company in Australia.
