Rachel Ryan

Rachel Ryan is a skilled Media and Communications Officer at Lancaster City Council, specializing in internal and external communications, digital content, media, and press releases, while also developing communications strategies since September 2021. As a freelance professional since October 2014, Rachel creates digital content across various platforms and consults on brand messaging. Additionally, Rachel serves as an Associate Lecturer at the University of Central Lancashire, teaching subjects such as Writing, Media Law, and Politics, and has previous experience as a North of England Reporter for The Sunday Post and in roles at The Westmorland Gazette and The Lancaster and Morecambe Citizen.
