Erin Fleming

Erin Fleming, PharmD, PhD, BCACP, serves as an Ambulatory Pharmacist Clinician at Lancaster General Health/Penn Medicine since June 2014. Prior to this role, Erin held the position of Pharmacy Resident and gained experience as a Student Intern at Johns Hopkins Hospital where responsibilities included compounding and dispensing prescriptions as well as preparing IV drugs. Erin also contributed to disease management programs at PosiHealth Inc and provided medication therapy management for patients in managed care organizations. Early career experience includes teaching high school chemistry at Carroll County Public Schools and working as a Certified Pharmacy Technician at Walmart. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Pharmacy degree from the University of Maryland Baltimore, a Doctor of Philosophy in Biology from The Johns Hopkins University, and a Bachelor of Arts from Hood College.
