Lori Topper

Lori Topper is a seasoned professional in laboratory operations and management, currently serving as the Laboratory Operations Manager at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health since March 2020. Prior to this role, Lori held similar positions at WellSpan Ephrata Community Hospital from March 2017 to March 2020 and at WELLSPAN HEALTH - YORK HOSPITAL from July 2013 to March 2017 as the Blood Resources Manager. Lori's career in laboratory services began in 1986 at Penn Medicine Lancaster General Health as a Medical Technologist and Express Testing Team Leader, and spans over three decades with additional experience as Point of Care Team Leader and Medical Laboratory Technologist at WellSpan Health from February 2002 to June 2013. Lori holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Medical Technology from York College of Pennsylvania and has further education from Lancaster General College of Nursing & Health Sciences.
