Kelly Galbraith

Kelly Galbraith, Ed.D., serves as the Program Director of Teaching and Learning at Lancaster-Lebanon IU13 since March 2011, where responsibilities include designing and facilitating professional development in secondary literacy, Literacy Design Collaborative, Reading Apprenticeship, instructional coaching, and educator effectiveness. Prior experience includes the role of Assistant Principal at Wyomissing Area School District, supervising educational programs for grades 7-9, and various positions at Manheim Township School District as an English Language Arts Teacher, Reading Specialist, and Literacy Coach. Educational qualifications comprise a Doctor of Education in Educational Leadership from Immaculata University, a Master of Education in Teaching and Curriculum from Penn State Harrisburg, and a Bachelor of Arts in English/Language Arts Teacher Education from Ithaca College, alongside community leadership training from Leadership Lancaster.
