Robin Hodson, MS, CPCU, RPLU, AIS, AIC, AINS, AAI, currently serves as Assistant Vice President and Claims Manager at Lancer Claims Services since April 2016. Prior experience includes Claim Manager at Premier Claims Management, LLC from December 2013 to April 2016 and various roles at Mercury Insurance from March 1988 to May 2012, culminating in Corporate Claims Litigation and Commercial Auto Claim Manager. Earlier positions include Customer Service at CNA Insurance (January 1987 - January 1988) and Data Entry at St. Paul Insurance Co (January 1985 - January 1987). Robin Hodson holds an MBA in Insurance and Risk Management from Florida State University - College of Business (2011-2013) and a Bachelor of Science in Management and Administration from the University of Redlands.
