Olivier BELOT

Olivier BELOT has over 25 years of work experience. Olivier began their career in 1995 as a Chef de Projet/CSNE for VICAT, USA. In 1998, they joined Caterpillar Inc. as a Responsable du Budget CAT France, then as a Controleur de Gestion, Manager de Projet, and Responsable Controle de Gestion Operations & Supply Chain. In 2008, they moved to The Manitowoc Company as a Directeur Finance Global Operations, R&D/VP Finance and Directeur Controle de Gestion Cranes EMEA & SAP CO. In 2016, they became the Directeur Business Transformation for Welbilt Inc. in their LBO Spin Off from Manitowoc. In 2018, they joined Becton Dickinson as their Directeur Transformation/VP Finance. Most recently, in 2019, they became the Dirigeant Projet Industriel - Repreneur - Developpeur for Cédants et Repreneurs d'Affaires. In 2022, they will take on the role of Directeur General (Managing Director) for Lancey Energy Storage.

Olivier Belot completed a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in European Business & Technology at Coventry University - School of Engineering from 1993 to 1994. Olivier then earned a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in International Business from Coventry Business School in 1995. In 2006, Olivier earned an APICS Basic in Logistique, Approvisionnement, and gestion de la Supply Chain from MGCM - diplôme USA en management Logistique/Supply chain. In 2019, they completed a course in La Reprise d'Entreprise, les outils pour reussir - Aquisition, Transmission, Financement, Audit, LBO from CRA Formation.
