N Suresh Kumar is an experienced HR professional currently serving as Senior General Manager - HR at Lanco Power Ltd. since December 2010, overseeing critical areas such as talent acquisition, organization development, employee relations, statutory compliance, performance management, and training & development. Prior to Lanco, N Suresh Kumar held the position of Senior DGM HR at Jindal Steel & Power Ltd., managing compensation and benefits and leading the performance management system for the group. N Suresh Kumar's career also includes a significant tenure at NTPC from 1991 to 2008 as Senior Manager - HR, where responsibilities included process mapping in SAP-HR and implementing a competency-based performance management system. N Suresh Kumar holds a Ph.D. in Organisational Behaviour from Amity University Noida, a PGDHRM in Human Resource Management from Pondicherry University, and a Master's in Social Work from Agra University.
