Malecah Baring

Malecah Baring is currently working as the Head of Performance Management and Organization Design Unit at Land Bank of the Philippines. With a background in training, recruitment, and marketing, Malecah has also held positions in human resources and academia. Malecah holds a Master's degree in Development Management from the Asian Institute of Management and a Master of Science in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from De La Salle University, among other educational accomplishments.
