Chip Halsey has a diverse work experience in the mortgage lending industry.

Starting in 1992, Chip worked at Freddie Mac as both a Compliance Agent and Sales Manager. In these roles, they managed the Community Lending Sales Force and developed national strategies to increase market share and client satisfaction.

Later, Chip held various positions at different companies. At OBA Bank, they served as the Vice President and Director of Lending, where they developed a strategic marketing plan and increased loan originations by 150%.
