Tony Wells has extensive experience in the field of search and rescue, having worked in various roles at Land Search and Rescue New Zealand and the Search and Rescue Institute New Zealand. At SARINZ, Tony held positions such as General Manager, Training Manager, and Programme Manager - Search, overseeing training development, coordination, and management. Tony also implemented strategic plans, maintained operational functions, and managed inter-agency relations.
