Aaron Chong

Aaron Chong is a seasoned professional in the field of communications and service management, currently serving as the Director of Quality Service Management at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore since July 2021. Previously, Aaron held the position of Deputy Director for Strategic Engagement and Collaborations at LTA, focusing on partnership development and stakeholder engagement. Prior experience includes serving as Deputy Director of Corporate Communications at the Public Transport Council, where Aaron was responsible for strategic communications and digital marketing initiatives. Earlier roles include Deputy Director of Media Relations at LTA and Corporate Communications Officer at Singapore Polytechnic, as well as Public Relations Officer at Nanyang Technological University. Aaron holds a Master’s degree in Mass Communication and a Bachelor's degree in Communication Studies from Nanyang Technological University.
