Jolene Ng

Jolene Ng is an experienced professional in employer branding and employee engagement, currently serving as Senior Manager at the Land Transport Authority (LTA) Singapore since October 2015. In this role, Jolene designs and implements strategies to promote corporate careers and enhance employee engagement among 7,000 staff members. Previously, Jolene held positions such as Head of Industry Promotion at LTA, where communication strategies were developed to enhance the industry's public profile, and Senior Manager of Marketing & PR at Mount Faber Leisure Group, focusing on brand awareness in tourism markets. Additional experience includes serving as Senior Communications Manager at Sentosa Development Corporation and Manager of Corporate Communications at LTA, where Jolene spearheaded strategies for public awareness of land transport policies. Jolene began an HR career as a Senior Human Resource Executive, supporting talent acquisition and development.
