Mark Bourgeois

Mark Bourgeois is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Chief Executive Officer at the Government Property Agency, Mark transitioned from an interim position, guiding the agency since November 2023. As the Director of Velement Coaching and Leadership, Mark has been instrumental in providing interim leadership and growing a coaching business. Previous roles include Managing Director at Hammerson, where performance was overseen across numerous venues, and Executive Director at Capital & Regional, contributing significantly to the development of a leading shopping center portfolio.
