Michael Blake

Michael Blake is an experienced professional in social value and investment, currently serving as Associate Director, Social Value at Savills since June 2023, where there is a focus on developing social value strategies and community engagement plans for clients. As a Grants Committee Member at LandAid, Michael oversees £1 million in annual allocations to charities addressing youth homelessness. In July 2021, Michael founded The Impact Sanctuary, aiming to support purpose-driven organizations. Previously, as Head of Social Investment at the Royal Borough of Kensington and Chelsea, Michael shaped social investment strategies and projects. Other notable positions include roles at The Crown Estate, Spirit of 2012, UnLtd, and Amey, with a strong emphasis on community investment and stakeholder engagement throughout the career. Michael holds a Bachelor's degree in History and International Economic Relations from Royal Holloway, University of London.
