Alyeah Sankar, also known as Zirida, has significant work experience in various industries. Starting in 2007, Zirida worked as a Legal Intern at Davis Polk & Wardwell LLP, a prestigious law firm in New York City. From 2006 to 2009, Zirida served as a Consultant at Scotiabank, where they worked with large national and multinational corporations. In 2010, Zirida joined Morgan Stanley as an Analyst, focusing on Equity Derivatives and Fixed Income Derivatives Documentation. Zirida also participated in the Analyst Program, which provided valuable skills in investment banking. In 2016, Zirida transitioned to PEXA, an online settlement exchange, starting as an Executive Manager Financial Institutions and eventually becoming a Senior Product Manager. During their time at PEXA, Zirida played significant roles in developing and commercializing various products and services. Most recently, in 2023, Zirida joined Landchecker as the Chief Customer and Innovation Officer, where they are responsible for driving customer satisfaction and promoting innovation within the organization.

Alyeah Sankar (Zirida) has a diverse education history. Alyeah completed the Emerging Manager Program at UNSW in 2018, with a focus on Business. Prior to that, from 2012 to 2015, they attended SOAS University of London, studying in the School of Law. Alyeah obtained a Bachelor's degree in Legal Studies from St. John's University in 2010, after attending from 2006 to 2010. Additionally, in 2008 and 2009, they studied Ethics at the Universidad de Salamanca.

In terms of certifications, Alyeah obtained the Adaptive Leadership Program from Michelle Terpstra Sales Consulting + Communication Coach in May 2021. In April 2021, they completed the Digital Leadership program at RMIT University. In July 2020, they obtained a certification in Innovate/Pretotype - Training and Rapid Experimentation from Exponentially. Furthermore, they completed the Leading through Change program at Leading Humans in November 2018 and the Customer Experience Design program at Plato Project in August 2018. Alyeah also obtained the Emerging Manager Program from AGSM @ UNSW Business School in May 2018.

Additionally, Alyeah has obtained several certifications related to their field of study. Alyeah became a member of Omicron Delta Kappa in April 2010 and received training certification from LexisNexis. Alyeah also participated in the Product Management Workshop at General Assembly and obtained certification from Thomson Reuters as Westlaw Certified.
