Jerome Bacatan

Jerome Bacatan has a solid background in web development and data engineering. Currently, they hold the position of Web Developer and Data Engineer at Landchecker since March 2023. Prior to this, they worked as a Web Developer at Johnsons Berkshire Solutions Inc. from July 2021 to February 2023, where they were responsible for building software products and maintaining legacy code using PHP Laravel, Node.js, React, and Tailwind CSS. In 2020, Jerome worked as a Web Developer at Marq Web Designs, where they assisted in the development of web applications and systems. During this time, they worked on projects such as Smart Admin and Pest Control Inventory. Before entering the tech industry, they gained experience as a Social Performance Management Staff at Negros Women for Tomorrow Foundation from November 2019 to March 2020. Overall, Jerome Bacatan has a diverse background with a focus on web development and has worked on various projects in different companies.

Jerome Bacatan graduated from Eastern Visayas State University in 2019 with a Bachelor of Science in Information Technology, specializing in Computer Programming/Programmer. In addition to their degree, they obtained several certifications from Lynda.com, including Learning VBA in Excel in August 2019, Photoshop CC 2019 Essential Training: The Basics in February 2019, and JavaScript Essential Training in April 2018. Jerome also acquired certifications in various programming languages and tools such as jQuery, Bootstrap, CodeIgniter, PHP, and SPSS Statistics.
