Michael Ruggeri

Michael Ruggeri is an experienced professional in the fields of biodiversity, agriculture, and environmental conservation. Currently serving as a member and co-coordinator for the GYBN Europe chapter, Michael contributes to political processes under the Convention on Biological Diversity. As a project executive at Landell Mills, responsibilities include managing projects that enhance climate-resilient value chains and providing gender and social impact assessments. Michael has also held positions such as a member of the Young Scientist Group at the World Food Forum and a business development manager at Stantec, focusing on international development projects. With a strong educational background featuring an MA in Agriculture and Rural Development from the University of East Anglia and a Master’s degree in International Cooperation and Development from Sapienza Università di Roma, Michael possesses a comprehensive understanding of sustainable development practices.
