Michelle is the ultimate shepherd to the Landers flock. She has the uncanny ability to spot the spark of possibility in each of us and knows just what each person needs to see that spark burst into flame. She believes in the power of ideas and that if she put the heads together, there’s nothing she can’t accomplish.

A Purdue University graduate who has worked in advertising since 1992, Michelle has a strong background in marketing, advertising and promotions from both the client and the agency sides of the table, providing you a more comprehensive perspective. Before joining L&P, this dynamo served as a director of marketing in the sports industry.
