Anders Boelskifte Mogensen has a diverse work experience in various roles and companies. Anders Boelskifte is the Founder and CEO of Founderment, an early-stage VC that invests in tech-driven startups. Anders Boelskifte is also a Board Member of The Link, a Co-Founder and Chairman of the board of Landfolk, a Co-Founder and Board Member of Nordic Hotels Nigeria, and a Board Member of Kurhotel Skodsborg.

Anders has also been involved in the BESTSELLER Foundation as a Board Member, where they support and funds solutions for an inclusive and circular future. Anders Boelskifte has worked as a VC Investor at Plum Guide, focusing on vacation homes. Prior to that, they served as the EMEA Lead at Airbnb, contributing to building strategies and teams.

Anders has experience in the hospitality industry, having co-founded Gaest.com, which was later acquired by Airbnb. Anders Boelskifte was also the Co-Founder and CEO of Seismonaut, a strategic digital consultancy. Through their work, they have demonstrated a passion for entrepreneurship, innovation, and creating meaningful experiences for people.

Anders Boelskifte Mogensen completed their Master's Degree in Information Science/Studies from Aarhus University from 1998 to 2008. Prior to that, they attended Haderslev Katedralskole in Denmark, where they completed their High School education from 1994 to 1997. Before that, they attended Christiansfeld Skole in Denmark from 1991 to 1994. Additionally, they studied at Pasadena Christian School in the USA from 1989 to 1990, and at Hillcrest School in Jos, Nigeria from 1987 to 1991.
