Lars Kloster Silkjær

Lars Kloster Silkjær has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. Lars currently holds the position of Head of Design and co-founder at Landfolk, a company they joined in February 2021. Prior to Landfolk, Lars owned and operated their own creative agency called Silkjær, where they worked as a Digital Designer and handled projects for various public, private, and NGO clients. Their time at Silkjær began in November 2005 and continues to the present.

Between 2019 and 2020, Lars worked as an Experience Designer at Airbnb, where they contributed to enhancing user experiences on the platform.

From November 2016 to January 2019, Lars served as the Lead Designer at Gaest.com, the largest platform for venue booking in Northern Europe. Lars played a significant role in the company's expansion and its goal of becoming the largest platform in Europe.
