Earl Baugh

Earl Baugh is a highly experienced technology professional specializing in software architecture and engineering solutions. Currently serving as Senior EV Solutions Engineer at Landis+Gyr, Earl previously worked as Principal Technologist at Axiom Cloud, where responsibilities included leading engineering best practices and developing a scalable customer integration strategy. With a strong background in connected devices and IoT architecture, Earl held positions at First Alert, Stanley Black & Decker, and The Home Depot, contributing to product development and team mentoring in Agile environments. Earl's earlier roles include Technical Solutions Architect at GreenSky® and Master Systems/Software Architect at Hewlett Packard Enterprise, where significant advancements in system frameworks and processes were achieved.
