Jessica Janiszewski has over 20 years of experience in human resources. Jessica is currently the Vice President of Human Resources at Landmark Credit Union since February 2022. Previously, they held the position of Vice President of Human Resources at National Pool Partners from December 2020 to February 2022.
Prior to that, Jessica served as the Sr. Director of Human Resources at Terminix Commercial from June 2019 to July 2020. Jessica managed a team of six HR Business Partners and provided leadership in human capital and organizational design.
Before joining Terminix Commercial, they were the Director of Human Resources at Copesan from February 2013 to June 2019. Jessica led a team of five and oversaw HR operations for two operating companies and a national accounts team.
Jessica also held the role of Senior Director - HR at Dohmen from August 2012 to February 2013, where they integrated HR best practices and processes into the organization. Jessica also served as a Senior Human Resources Manager at Sigma Aldrich from November 2005 to July 2012, providing support and counseling to managers and employees on legal compliance and employee relations.
Their earlier experience includes roles as an HR Generalist at First American Corporation from August 2004 to November 2005, and as an HR Manager at LOGS Network from June 2002 to July 2004.
Jessica's career in human resources began as an HR Generalist at Senior Flexonics - GA Precision from March 1999 to May 2002.
Jessica Janiszewski holds a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Sociology from the University of Wisconsin-Whitewater. In addition to their degree, they have obtained a certification in "Jodi Glickman on Pitching Yourself" from LinkedIn in August 2020, and a certification as a "Professional in Human Resources" from the HR Certification Institute - HRCI in December 2001.
