Jina Amaro-Burns, MBA, has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and industries. Currently, they are the Senior Vice President of Marketing at Landmark Credit Union since February 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Harley-Davidson Motor Company for over 15 years, holding multiple leadership positions. Jina served as the Director of Product Development Operations and Business Planner from November 2019 to March 2022. In their role as the Global Brand Marketing Channels Director from August 2018 to November 2019, they developed and sustained an optimal omni-channel ecosystem. Jina also served as the Global Brand and Content Director/Manager from June 2010 to August 2018, leading the global brand team in developing integrated brand and motorcycle launch strategies. Furthermore, they worked as the U.S. Advertising/Promo Manager from October 2006 to May 2010, where they were responsible for managing advertising and promotion initiatives for U.S. motorcycle sales. Before their time at Harley-Davidson, Jina worked at Cramer-Krasselt, where they held various positions, including Account Director, from November 2003 to October 2006. Jina also worked as an Account Supervisor from January 2002 to November 2003 and as a Senior Account Executive from May 2000 to December 2001. Jina began their career at GMR Marketing as an Account Executive from May 1998 to May 2000.
Jina Amaro-Burns, MBA completed their Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.) degree at Cardinal Stritch University in 2003. Prior to that, they obtained their Bachelor's Degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in 1996. Their major was Mass Communication (Advertising) with a minor in Public Relations, focusing on Media Studies.
