Joseph Wallenhorst has an extensive work experience spanning over several companies. Joseph started their career as a Helpdesk Analyst at U.S. Bank (Firstar) in 1994. Joseph provided first-tier phone support and acted as a team lead for second shift helpdesk associates.
In 1999, Wallenhorst joined Thomson Reuters Beta Systems where they provided telephone and on-site support for clients during conversions to the Beta System platform. Joseph also setup and tested printers and print queues for proper formatting of mainframe messages and reports.
From 2007 to 2009, they worked as a Second Tier Technical Support Specialist at AT&T, delivering excellent customer service and providing telecom and network support for Uverse products.
Wallenhorst then joined Northwestern Mutual (Manpower) in 2009 as an Enterprise Solutions Service Desk Support Representative. Joseph provided telephone-based support for CCV and SRC software applications.
In 2011, Wallenhorst began working at SU GROUP, LLC. Joseph started as a Technical Support Call Center Engineer, providing telephone-based support and implementing process improvements. Joseph later became a Technical Support Call Center Dispatch Supervisor, overseeing the daily operation of the call center, working with the management team to improve process flow and customer service experience. Joseph also directed a project to redesign the contract subsystem within the company's proprietary Sumit computer system.
Most recently, Wallenhorst worked at Landmark Credit Union as an Information Technology Network Support Specialist, where they supported and upgraded the corporate network environment and acted as the main support contact for internal systems. Joseph continued to develop their IT skills to better assist associates.
Joseph Wallenhorst has a well-rounded education history in the field of IT and information systems. Joseph obtained their high school diploma from Cuba City Highschool in 1989. Joseph went on to attend Marquette University from 1991 to 1996, where they pursued a degree in Management Information Systems with a general focus. Subsequently, they enrolled in Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2012 to 2015, earning an Associate's Degree in Network and System Administration.
In 2007, Joseph obtained a certification in A+ from CompTIA, further deepening their knowledge and expertise in IT. Joseph decided to continue their education at Milwaukee Area Technical College from 2016 to 2024, focusing on Information Systems Security Specialist within the field of IT.
