Kaleena Stenshaug has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kaleena started their career at Pick N Save in 2005, where they worked as a Produce Clerk and Cashier, providing excellent customer service and ensuring a pleasant shopping experience for customers. Kaleena then joined the University of Wisconsin-Madison in 2010 as a Puppeteer, collaborating with actors, directors, and staff to put on a world premiere play. Kaleena showcased their memorization skills and brought a tree to life, creating a memorable experience for the audience.

In 2011, Kaleena became a Personal Banker/Supervisor at Guaranty Bank FSB, where they excelled in customer service, retention, and cross-selling various banking products and services. Kaleena then joined Landmark Credit Union in 2012 as a Teller III, efficiently performing member transactions, cross-selling products, and balancing cash drawers on a daily basis.

Building on their experience, Kaleena moved on to become a Trainer - Professional Development & Change at Landmark Credit Union in 2018. In this role, they contributed to employee learning and development initiatives. Presently, they hold the position of Learning and Development Manager at Landmark Credit Union, overseeing the growth of the organization's workforce through strategic training and development programs.

Kaleena Stenshaug holds a Bachelor's degree in Theatre/Theater from the University of Wisconsin-Madison, which they obtained from 2008 to 2011. Kaleena then pursued an Associate's degree in Marketing/Marketing Management, General from the Milwaukee Area Technical College, from 2013 to 2015. Continuing their education, Kaleena went on to earn a Master of Science (M.S.) in Information Technology from Southern New Hampshire University, completing their studies from 2015 to 2017.
