Daniel Lamb

Daniel Lamb has extensive experience in property management and engineering, currently serving as the Regional Vice President of Property Management at Landmark Healthcare Facilities LLC since October 2014. In this role, financial and fiscal management along with the development of annual operating budgets for assets in the portfolio are primary responsibilities. Prior positions include Regional Property Manager and Property Manager at the same company, as well as Chief Engineer. Previous experience also includes teaching as an Electrical Instructor at Northeast Florida Builders Association and engineering roles at Colliers-International and CBRE. Daniel Lamb holds an Associate of Applied Science degree in Electrical Science from Decker College.
