Mahmoud Alzain

Mahmoud Alzain is an accomplished culinary professional with extensive experience in various prestigious hotels. Currently serving as Chef De Cuisine at فندق رويال and holding a long-term position as Sous Chef at Landmark Hotel Group since April 2009, Mahmoud has also been a Sous Chef at Olive Tree Hotel Amman since November 2014. In addition, Mahmoud has significant experience as a Chef De Partie at both Kempinski Hotel Amman since September 2011 and Grand Hyatt Amman since September 2002, as well as having served as a Dime Chef de Partie.
